Terms and Conditions of Sale at Auction
| 1. |
Complete payment due on day of sale. |
| 2. |
Cash or check accepted with proper identification. |
| 3. |
All purchases to be paid in full the day of the sale. Items purchased immediately become the responsibility of the buyer at the time they are sold by the Auctioneer. Nothing is to be removed from the premises until it is paid for. |

In the event buyer fails to make settlement in full the day of sale, auctioneer may resell such property, using his sole discretion, and buyer shall be responsible for any damages and expensed of resale and collection, including reasonable attorney's fees. |

All descriptions are believed to be correct and have been conscientiously set forth by the owner and Quality Auctioneers, Inc. HOWEVER, THERE IS NO WAY TO FURNISH A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, ACTUAL OR IMPLIED. |

Everything is sold "as is" and "where is". The Buyer assumes responsibility at the time the Auctioneer calls the item "SOLD". We act as commission agents only. |

The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client, the Seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any persons whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the Seller. |

ATTENTION: All equipment must be removed from the Sale site within 10 days or the ownership reverts to the Auctioneer for his disposal. |
